Thanks. Finally got a good engine on my own again :teehee:
I still miss my old engine, but I think this is just as sexy. Unfortunately, it uses solids because I'm too lazy to make instant collisions with the blocks, but hey, no difference. NO LONGER! :ouch:
Now I'm actually excited to get going on my game :lol:
Shoot, almost forgot. Left and right arrows to move, A key to jump.

Smoother, better, character sprites ( the ones I'll use in-game ), a few slope things fixed ( like how when you step off a ledge it jumps down a few pixels, and technically doesn't even need solids. Dunno why they're still checked.

it's nice and smooth, and it's not as messy as the one I posted :P. the slopes work alright and all that. Now it'll just need sprite changing, ladders etc.
