Oh yeah. Dan got off of his lazy butt, and made the First Annual Halloween Competition.
Although Halloween is over, the spirit that makes you want to scare the living sheep out of your friends is still there. Oh joy!
So, you see, from now on, every year we will hold the Annual Halloween Competition, November 1st - November 8th.
"Annual competitions are a good way to attract new people and have fun at the same time!", says Batboy.
The winner of the competition gets a place in the hall of fame, and a special member group called 'King/Queen of Halloween' until the end of November. Whether the group is going to have any special perks is to be discussed.
Anyway, I'm gonna skip the rest of the formalities, so here's what you have to do.
Basically, the point of the competition is to take any character from horror movies/games/novels or anything of the kind, and turn him/her into s baby version of themselves. Something like a chibi, if you will.
The character still has to be recognizable, so if you're, for example, doing Jason Voorhees, make sure he has a hockey mask, or at least a machete.
Well, you get what I'm saying.
Restrictions and rules:
-Deadline is 8th of November.
-No stolen art.
-You are not limited to only pixel art, high definition art and anything of the kind is acceptable as long as it's yours.
-Art must be made for the competition.
-DO NOT SAVE THE IMAGES AS .JPGs. This will lower the quality of the image a lot, especially if it's pixel art. Use .PNGs.
-Minimum size is 250x200, maximum is 800x600.
Also, it's encouraged for everyone to invite people from other forums. The more, the merrier.
And that's pretty much it, feel free to ask any questions, whether stupid or 'smart'.
